Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
Languages:
- Ability to lead discussions in English, read/write German texts is a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in software development in roles like developer, business analyst or software tester, is important to have but not mandatory.
- Experience working with public sector is nice to have.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of OOP, UML and/or SQL
- Basic knowledge of software design, previous experience working with Low Code platforms is a plus.
- Able to take decisions, customer oriented, able to guide and coach more junior colleagues, organised and structured.
- Willing to learn new technologies, such as Low Code platforms.
- Help shape socially relevant issues and make a real impact
- Benefit from a steep learning curve through individual coaching and regular feedback meetings
- Get involved with your own initiatives and actively shape the corporate culture at scty
- Actively support social projects with your work (we donate 10% of our dividends to the COURAGE Foundation, supporting projects such as Hope for Children.
