Absolutely. We’re continuously looking for new members for our team and are happy to receive your application all year round.
While it makes sense to apply a little in advance, we recommend applying to us no earlier than 6 months before your desired entry date.
By sending us your complete apllication documents - via email to our recruiting team (recruiting@scty.ai):
- Curriculum Vitea (CV)
- Academic certificates, starting with your high school diploma (please include a transcript of records for each certificate)
- Work certificates
- We do not need a cover letter - we prefer to get to know you through personal conversations.
We accept application documents in both German and English. Since part of our recruiting team is based in Romania, we appreciate CVs in English. Certificates do not need to be translated.
Our interview process consists of two rounds. The first round involves two interviews, each starting with a part where we get to know each other followed by a strategy consulting case.
If you are invited to the next round, up to two additional interviews with our leadership follow, again including strategy consulting cases.
We will send you further details about the process and tips on how to prepare for the (case) interviews along with the interview invitation.
The length of the application process can vary individually and depends, among other things, on your availability and the number of interviews we do. From the moment you submit your complete application documents, it usually takes about six weeks to complete the interview process and receive a job offer. If you’re already involved in other processes and therefore depend on an earlier decision, please let us know in advance so that we can take this into account in our planning.
No, you do not need to apply for a specific career level. Your level will be determined at the end of the interview process and depends on:
- Your previous (relevant) experience (academic and professional)
- Our observations from the interview process
Taking these two factors into account, we will make you an offer for the corresponding entry level.
We offer a high degree of flexibility and encourage personal responsibility when it comes to choosing your workplace:
- You can generally decide whether to work remotely, from our Berlin or Munich offices, or from our partnering coworking spaces (e.g., in Hamburg).
- This decision is always made in alignment with your team and the current project requirements.
Our focus is on collaboration and client proximity:
- Regular on-site meetings with our clients are essential for project success; their frequency is determined by the specific project.
- Additionally, our internal project teams typically meet every 2–3 weeks across locations for focused joint on-site work.
For our consulting roles, we do not require specific technical knowledge or skills. However, having an affinity and enthusiasm for digitization topics is very benefitial for our projects.
Yes and no - scty does not offer a classic internship. However, there is an option for a temporary employment contract (minimum 3 months, Bachelor's degree compulsory). The application process is the same as for our permanent roles: Just send us your application documents via email, specifying when and for how long you would be available. Feel free to contact our recruiting team with any questions (recruiting@scty.ai).
Yes, you can reapply multiple times. Reapplying can be particularly promising if you have gained additional relevant experience in the meantime (e.g., a new degree, a new job, more relevant work experience).
If you still have any questions, feel free to reach out to our people's team at recruiting@scty.ai
